*3 x 50-minute restorative massage (areas agreed in pre-treatment consultation)
*2 x meditations to use at home sent by WhatsApp or email

The massage can be a full-body massage, or a combination of back, neck, and shoulders with face and scalp massage, or reiki, reflexology, Indian head massage. Also includes a choice of deeply soothing oil or uplifting oil blend.

The home meditations include New Year Meditation & Breath Awareness Meditation sent via WhatsApp or email for you to continue to listen to as and when needed throughout the year.
